Reservations
All experiences can be modified according to your itinerary. Except for the “Paddle Board Excursion” in Lake Chuzenji which is offered at two times: 9:30 am and 13:00 pm. Just write the number of participants, the desired day of the activity, schedule and we will send you the payment link through the square system. Cancellation policy
Thank you for choosing our tour service. We guarantee an exceptional service, we keep you informed of any changes in the itinerary and we attend to reasonable requests. There is a cancellation charge policy; 30% of the total cost is charged two days in advance, 50% one day in advance and 100% the same day of the tour. We prioritize your safety and monitor weather conditions to minimize risks. If we cancel the tour due to the weather, we will inform you and organize an alternative. We appreciate your loyalty and trust in our tour service, and we promise to provide you with an unforgettable experience that exceeds your expectations.
Insurance for travelers
Insurance coverage applies only in case of gross negligence on the part of our company. This does not cover accidents caused by collisions between customers, injuries due to carelessness, or for not following the instructions of the guide. On this page you can purchase short-term travel insurance.
