Cancellation policy
“Thank you for choosing our tour service. Exceptional service is guaranteed, and you will be kept informed of any itinerary changes. Reasonable requests will be attended to. A cancellation policy applies: 30% of the total cost will be charged two days in advance, 50% one day in advance, and 100% on the same day of the tour. Your safety is prioritized, and weather conditions will be monitored to minimize risks. If the tour is canceled due to weather, you will be informed, and an alternative will be organized.
